Methods of payment
YOU CAN PAY FOR YOUR ORDER IN THE FOLLOWING METHODS:
The most commonly used payment method in the Czech Republic. You will pay for the order upon receipt of the shipment from an employee of the Czech Post or an employee of Geis. Cash on delivery is charged at CZK 30 for transport by the Czech Post and Geis.
2) BANK TRANSFER
You can make a payment in advance by transferring money to our bank account. After sending the order, you will be sent by e-mail the data needed for the transfer order: amount, account number, variable symbol. After making the payment, the money is usually credited to our account within 1 - 3 working days.
We send the goods within 1 - 5 working days from the receipt of your payment. When you receive a shipment from the Czech Post or Geis, you no longer pay anything.
3) CARD PAYMENT - COMGATE
This is a fast payment method. Payment by card is a simplification of bank transfer via the comgate payment system. After sending the order, you will be redirected to the secure payment system Comgate using the "on-line" button - here you authorize the payment. The money is credited to us within minutes.
We send the goods the next working day after receiving payment. When you receive the shipment from the delivery person, you no longer pay anything.
What are the benefits of card payment via comgate webpay?
Speed of payment - unlike payment by bank transfer, there is no need to wait 1-3 days. When making a payment, the goods will be shipped within a maximum of 1 working day from the order.
You do not have to have any cash with you at the time of taking over the goods.
Is card payment secure?
You enter your credit card details in the secure banking interface.
None of our employees has access to your credit card information.
4) CASH AT PERSONAL COLLECTION
When picking up in person from the warehouse, it is possible to pay in cash.
