Bulgur has long been in the Czech Republic unfamiliar food, but for the past few years with its beneficial effects and a pleasant nutty flavor got into Czech households. It is made from durum wheat. It is more nutritious than rice, more digestible than pulses and has a pleasant nutty flavor.
